Good for a chuckle…
Yesterday’s Doonesbury made me laugh out loud.

BTW, I’m working on an interesting project about media bias in collaboration with one of my colleagues in political science at Missouri State. I’ll have more details for you at the end of this semester.

How sad that the once brilliant Trudeau is now reduced to making drawings for DNC talking points. Oh well.
For diversity, try this: http://www.daybydaycartoon.com/Default.aspx or this http://www.newsbusters.org
R- So DNC talking points can’t be funny? Or the very real 30+ year effort to construct liberal bias? Com’on, lighten up and giggle.
Also, I think there’s a lot more going on here than simply spouting DNC talking points. Why did T. choose B.D. as the foil?
OK, humor is a personal thing. In my view, Trudeau has just been repeating the Democrat (DLC-style), press CW for years (maybe decades). So who cares?
I can’t believe you bring up “liberal bias” when you know very well I don’t believe it.
I don’t read either of the cartoons I linked to above, I only know about them becaused I saw them on blogs I read. The only political cartoon I read is Opus by Berke Breathed. (Sorry, no link, Breathed doesn’t put his stuff on the internet) Breathed has the same left/liberal sensibilities that Trudeau has, but Breathed’s cartoons are original and clever—which Trudeau’s ain’t. Trudeau seems like some middle-level DNC flack (or maybe DLC), when Breathed is LOL funny and creative.
R- No agrument from me Re: Trudeau. And, yes, my bad re: suggesting bias. I should know better in your case.
